Accessibility
Accessibility statement
Our commitment to an accessible booking experience.
Conformance target
Floatly aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines are the recognised standard referenced by the ADA (United States) and the AODA (Ontario, Canada) for digital accessibility.
What we do
Accessibility is enforced continuously, not audited once: automated accessibility linting blocks non-conformant code from shipping, and an axe-core engine scans the live booking flow for WCAG A/AA violations. The product supports keyboard navigation, a skip-to-content link, visible focus, reduced-motion preferences, and screen-reader announcements for status changes.
Known limitations
Automated tooling catches a large share, but not all, accessibility issues. Manual screen-reader and keyboard testing of every flow is ongoing, and our native mobile apps are still being brought up to the same standard. The booking page is hosted by Floatly; the content an operator adds (e.g. waiver text, images) is the operator’s responsibility.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us at support@floatly.app. We aim to respond within a few business days.
